If you are interested, you can make a standing order reservation with kinokunia bookshop. So when every month when the issue arrives, they'll reserve it for you.
Not sure if times still does that. I use to reserve magzines from these two bookshops. Can even try borders

I think it's just simpler to subscribe with Allscript. They send it every mth to your letterbox.

no free gifts. It's the same package as if you bought from the local bookshops.
The free gifts mentioned in the magazine are for direct subscriptions only. If you compare, the price of direct subscription from UK is much higher than the local subscription or if you buy from a local bookshop
