Yet another location question (Upper Pierce Reservoir)

Hi guys, another location question for people who've been to the area before.

NParks says that the gate leading to the carpark closes at 7pm and 15 minutes before there is a siren alerting people to leave. Does that mean that no cars will be able to leave after 7pm? Or will the exit barrier still work (doesn't seem likely given the need for a siren).

Also assuming that cars can't exit, I can still walk around the gate and get out right?

Gates is the barrier bar that close after 7pm. Always punctual. Can leaves the Car at the gate and walk out And come back next day.

Can I leave the car at the outside of the gate then, so I still get to leave in the car after 7?
