Hi I would like to know if there is any place which I can rent a fog machine, a portable one for easy carrying?

Don't really like to burn joss sticks or newspaper to create the effect.

Many thanks. :)

Have you tried dry ice?

If a fog machine is really what you need, one place to try is theatrical/club/disco supplies stores.

The events management folks are usually the ones using fog machines these days, besides movie and production units.

Thanks, Master DM. :) ... Got battery operated ones???

Sorry Grand Master P, I have no idea. Call to check?

what you are looking for is those industrial grade machine, don't have battery operate one, even it is use for outdoor, you need to be sure the place is not windy at all, else is a waste of effort.

actually you will can get rather nice smoke effort by burning leaves, it will create more smoke especially they are wet. get a metal container, so you won't create a mess.

i was looking for one few months back, the only battery operated ones are damn small. not sure how much fog they'll produce, doubt it'll enough i think.

if u do buy it and it works out, be sure to review. ;p

or if you find out what this is. LOL let me know. look like the pesticide one.

using dry ice is release CO2 into atmosphere by kilos, compare to burning leaves, not sure which is more environmental friendly?

anyway, to be 100% environmental friendly, I suggest using Hoya fog filter or photoshop. :)

wow, your production must be very big.... sure get the attention of from the public to call SCDF

No lah, just want to get one for my future Long Kang Shoot.

Got an interesting theme want to try. The fog machine will be put in a manhole creating "smoke". A nude model will climb out of the manhole in style. The "smoke" will also use to cover the sensative feature. Look the lady dancing in 300. :)
