Tis qn has been raise b4 but I try searching it, couldn't find. So hope those who know can help.

I'm planning to switch frm PC to iMac, therefore my CS4 license (PC) definitely can't be use in iMac. Possible to request frm adobe to switch frm PC to iMac license? Do provide me wif the URL. Thank you

Call up or email and ASK THEM. That's the whole point of the email/phone options. We are not Adobe! FYI, it's a 24-hour service. You can call the toll-free number in the USA via skype.

From that thread it seems that the only way to do a cross platform upgrade. Maybe wait till CS5 is out in a couple of months?

Hopefully you can post the findings from Adobe when you have them. I also interested to know.

What makes you think that way? The software (CD, binaries) cannot be used directly (although there are some ways to run PC software on Mac) but that doesn't automatically mean that the license key is unusable. There are many software products where the key is platform-independent. But .. maybe not in consumer business.. ask Adobe. You have paid for the license, you are entitled to get support.

The day i'm purchasing, they asked wat platform i used, and there's a "WIN" version printed on the cover, i assume it can't be used in iMac ba. I'll go search then
