"Paper/cardboard Photo Folder" with event title

Hi all, I'm doing about 20 copies of 8R prints for some VIPs having a regional meeting held in Singapore.

Client thinks that its not pro enough to just hand over an 8R print. They have requested for each of the photo to be inserted into a paper photo folder, machiam like wedding invitation card like that, i.e. 1 fold, with photo inserted inside. They would also like the event title and date to be printed on the paper photo folder as well.

Anyone has any recommendation as to which shop does a good job in the shortest possible time? And what is the price range?

You might have to resort to digital printing which they will allow for smaller batch. So if you search under Digital printing, then you might looking at right direction.

However, it comes with a price.

I don't have any contact that I am happy with so there is no one I can recommend.

If this will be on going things for you (not just this event) you might as well looking for larger quantity with your own logo and space to fill in the blank for the event name. Get it professionally design and printed on pre-press machine for best result.

A single or two 8R photo to insert? Landscape or portrait?
There're 2 ways in presentation,
1) buy ready made standard photo-cards or folder and blind emboss the event title.
2) Only for portrait, 12" X 17" opened. Design a simple layout to fit and print 20 sheets on cards, double sided tape photo and hand-fold to deliver.
