Customer is 'Right' only if they pay up.... try not paying and see what happen :devil:
What if as a customer, feels services and goods not up to standard, can pay less? :think:

What if I ate only 1 spoonful?

Had experience once where I ordered a Malay/Indonesian dish called "Sayur Lodeh" in a restaurant at the old World Trade Center.........I was not 100% sure, but it smelled not good (note that this dish has a alot of coconut gravy), but it was at the borderline in my opinion. I did eat a few spoons, but finally decided to return it, and asked for it to be scrapped of the order, and they did relent after a while............but I must admit it was borderline, cause it had only just started to smell and taste foul, anyway, my senses decided it was not worth the try :bsmilie:if you only ate a spoonful, you can still reject the whole meal and don't pay at all

I ever pay partially for partially eaten food, when I bought durians at Geylang, after I ate the first one, felt it is no good, the stall owner charged me only what I ate.
u go into a store, service staffs avoid looking at u, depending on how u wear. what, wear singlets cannot go visit LV shop ar?

true. some of the things they demand will be crazy. but the mark of a good service staff (indeed businessmen) is to steer the crazy customer ever so gently away from his complaints so that both party wins. no?Of course. But "right" is not the same as "rights".
of coz. but he's still paying money to the service/goods provider, so like all our bosses, they are all idiots...Yep, the customer is always right.
But that doesn't make him less of an idiot, if he already is an idiot. :angel:
