STARHUB iPhone 3GS - Anyone has got SMS but no email?

Hi....wondering if anyone out there has the same fate as me: Got an SMS from STARHUB saying my iPhone 3GS is ready for pick up then referred me to an email for schedule but I have no email sent to me yet! Apparently it was sent this morning around 9am.

Tried calling twice, Customer Officer says will get back to me....still waiting.

Anyone has the same 'fate'?

did you check under the Bulk or Junk Mail Folder?

Saw the email first then the SMS came. I think they are having problems and super alot of enquires on the iphone. Some details they still have yet to confirm with me.

Mind sharing with us what are your queries? Tot the email/ website explain everything already including early recontract and penalties for existing line

I was checking if the Hub club annual upgrade applies to this offer and also are trade-in allowed for this. Only the trade-ins they told me that they are unable to advise me, so tomorrow i'll check with the store direct.

At least the hub club annual upgrade still applies. If not have to fork out more money for the phone.

My wife persisted and helped me call Starhub, hung on the line till someone gave her an answer and in my case, the link which the Email supposed to send. She keyed in my email and manage to register for a slot to get the phone.......all this and I STILL haven't got my email.

Technology or not....at the end of the day someone still has to click 'send'.

Wifey now sound asleep dreaming of her iPhone.
