may i know is ther any different in bokeh if i m using tamron 17-50mm f2.8 len at 24mm f2.8 and canon ef24mm f2.8 len at 24mm f2.8

Yes, there SHOULD be a difference in the bokeh.
The depth of field should be the same though.

I own neither of the lenses, so I can't comment if the bokeh is very different, or which bokeh is more pleasing.

1. It's "lens". There is no "len".

2. Yes, there is a difference in the bokeh characteristics. But the out-of-focus blur and depth of field will be the same.
