You can only trace which service provider this IP is from. As for who is assign to this IP, the ISP will not disclose unless Police come into the picture.

Have you stepped on someone toes in Clubsnap? Have you commented negatively to someone pics in Clubsnap?

Clubsnap photographers have short toes, and are easily heated up when they ask for comments but instead are looking for praises :sweatsm:
