anyone has any idea if there's any shop in singapore selling these or is anyone here in CS willing to let go of their old notes?

It'll be quite difficult to find. Old notes have high value. Try Bras Basah

got one indian currency shop at people's park complex, the food centre there got sell, beside the chicken rice stall.. how old are u looking at?

i have quite a few pieces from straits settlements etc but mostly ish given by my grandfather

one of the places to get really rare stuff ish from mavin international... but its an auction house.. can go there see see look look

IIRC Bras Basah on the 2nd floor there is a shop selling antique, Notes and stamps etc... Chinese owner.

i've tried ebay but i think their prices are ridiculous.

don't bother with ebay. just go to local shops. most china stamp shops also sells old currency.u can try bras basah and golden mile. i doubt singapore currency's value. no market....u shld take a look at some of those vietnam war era US currency. very interesting and quite collectible

it's not for me, it's a gift for xmas, so value doesnt really matter.
