Hi to all

I was planning to go down Orchard / Marina area this Sunday at about 4 - 5 am to take pics of the building and decorations (to avoid crowd).

I need to know do the buildings switch off their decoration / lightings at certain times or they are left turn-on throughout the night???

Hopefully someone can let me know, else my effort of going down is not wasted.

Thanks

Not really sure now but from my previous experience, at 4-5 am the light will not be on.

the light usually will on starting 7pm :)

Wow, good. Planning to go for some shooting around 4 am, then go for dim sum breakfast before heading for some zzzzzzzz.

As stated... The lights will almost definitely NOT be on.

Ha ha, thanks, didn't read the earlier post properly.

Guess that I have to scrap my plans.

4-5pm still have sunlight so the lights will not be on.
To playsafe, go at 8pm.

Very high chance it will be on unless that day the power supply kena cut off. :bsmilie:

I think the streets decor lights will be on throughout the nite till maybe 5 or 6 am..but as for the shopping malls decors maybe will be switch off once the mall close..
i may be wrong though..just my guess..:)

No la, I intend to go at 4 - 5 am - no crowd and can slowly take my time to pick and choose my location without having crowd walking past

Guess that I will bring my gears along this Sunday morning, if the buildings decorations are switch-off then will head down to Geyland for supper. Or if I am lucky, I may be able to take some "interesting" photos while in Geyland.

Save it bro, i stay near orchard and i make my away to california fitness at somerset every morning, reach there ard 5+, none of the lightings are onz..
