Singapore will be flooded with rich and poor immigrants wanting to live here. Of course only the rich will get in cause only they can afford to buy property & afford the cost of living here by then. 3 room flat - 3 million, 4 room flat- 4 million , 5 room flat - 5 million and so on .....
