Need to add 'photography is a side effect of another hobby'. Which would cover my case, where an interest in rail transport spawns a photography hobby on the side capturing a record of the objects of primary interest.

And capturing images of the objects of interest certainly can be an art form in itself.

I'm a hobbyist and i enjoy shooting landscapes and flowers. Portraits ocassionally but still prefer landscapes. I love night86mare landscape shoots and i hope to be as good as him one day.;p Need to train my eyes to look at things from a different perspective.
