guys, you already own a 50mm f1.8, kit lens and a 55-200mm f4-5.6.

and you're more into street photography and portraiture.

but every now and then you'd wanna do landscape photography.

which lens/lenses do you grab next ????????

help!!!!!!

Easy.

Ef-s 10-22 :)

it really depends.

50mm f1.8, just simply use legs to go further behind if got space.

if no space and no budget, the same 50mm just learn how to stitch.

Its quite a versatile lens.

wide angle is not needed for landscape,
its perception is at odds with our eyes anyway.

try reportage's advice,
or go a step further,
use ur 55-200.
ever try shooting our skyscrappers from marine parade :>

observe the landscape pics u like n see for urself how little of them were captured with wide angle.

there is a very big difference in perspective between a WA and a telephoto if you keep your subject the same size in your frame
also the amount of background.

the choice is yours

I have similar requirements like yours: indoor portraiture/group + my fiancee likes street photog. Although I have a kit lens now that will do the job, I have always liked fast lens. Willing to trade reach for better image quality. My research is making me lean towards a 35mm f/2 lens.
