Are you using tripod or Handheld ?
If handheld , ur Handheld Shooting Skill is very good... hold the camera so firm =) my idol ... nice color ~ shoot in the middle of the road..

Colourful, but.... why the tilt? Feels disorienting to me... and so many things going on in the pictures it's hard to see what is your main subject/focus...

Just my 2 cents.

No Tripod. All hand held shots, 1/125 sec, f/4 setting. ISO setting varies from 800 to 1,600 during shooting.

I was also disorientated by the traffic flow. The subject is the lighting. May be should shoot at later hour when the traffic flow is lesser.

abit dark though..

I was testing my 7D for low light, high ISO shooting. Exposure was setting to evaluative mode. Should use lower exposure to separate out the traffic flow a bit more.

Any PP done? Seems like the noise is very well under control although wud be nice if you have some even on higher ISOs....

I used Canon Digital Photo Professional program to do minor tone curve adjustment. The brightness of the 2nd and 3rd photos was increased by 0.17 stop.

All the photos were shot in RAW format, and high ISO noise reduction was set to standard setting on the camera.

yupp. awesome photos from a hand-held position. but the photos does seem a bit too distracting as several mentioned above. too much extra stuff in the photos, like the taxi, people crossing the road.

it was hard to distinguish your focal point or subject. since it was lights, why not just take the lights only? hehe. and consider bringing a tripod next year as well. your shots will look so much better then.
