mmm, in a nutshell, a sony as will be sharing with sibling. suggest Fujifilm, but voted out. Tks for the link, will read up. too many stuff to check.

wanted a 28mm, long battery life, good lens. good ISO at low light.

why only the W series, which is 28mm lens?

Mainly the Panasonics are famous for the wide angle.

But I prefer the sony UI and picture quality.
