Advice on Tripod

I'm comtemplating getting either the Gitzo GT1541 or GT1541T... I personally prefer the traveller model becos it is smaller and easier to transport around. However, I'm 1.83m...

I'll like advice if its normal to bend while using a tripod? Or should i get the GT1541 whereby i do not need to bend at all?

If you have the $$$ and not much concern on budget
Getting a GITZO Tripod will never go wrong.
But you need to know what you want and what you expect.

Personally I own a GT1541T and Markins Q3 BH.
Is really a good and light weight set-up.

For my height, is not a problem at all but adding and BH and mounted your camera.
the height will increase.

Bending is not a issue, cos you are not standing and bending for long.
If you are shooting Night shot, you need to have a remote control or set a timer.
So you dont really need to bend too much...

IIRC, it is not recommend to bend your body when using tripod. Search the net or CS, may have written somewhere...
