Was thinking of going to either store to get those, under the credit card installment plan.
Any bros here bought from them b4?

What freebies did u get from them

If you are getting under cc installment prices, you could check with Cathay Photo in Peninsula.

freebies are the usual stuff like memory cards, tripod and bag but dependent on resellers.

I bought my set from HN. Freebies include bag, tripod, lens book, memory card.

And I even managed to get discount off screen protectors, blowers, filters and even my dry cabinet :)!

I think it depends who you approach and how you interact with them.

take a look at Comex then... think they able to installment as well?

I understand that CP-P allow installment and cheaper than RRP as well.

I think you should try your best to avoid Best, HN and COMEX. Pricing is so uncompetitive.

As long as you pay interest, almost all retailers will do it.

If you need installment for a hobby think again. There are more important things than a camera that would justify installment. Go to recommended shops, have a clear budget, drop all so-called freebies - that saves money. Get the accessories once you know what you really need, then get quality ones.

i would rather refute it, there are better things for money/cash to be put use to...camera is the one thing that you should get on interest free installment. Imagine, you potentially have the camera 6 months before if you would have went all the way and saved cash and waited for 6 more months.

As for HN, i recently bought from them and yes they do give slightly costly rate but if you add the 5% EMI charge that other retailers add on top of the cash price, the difference is not much.

J316/MS offered me a flat 5% extra over cash price for any CC installment option - which i found was quite reasonable. Added benefit is that even +5% is less than HN -PLUS- you get discount on other items.

did you try CP? so far i find their rate quite reasonable for CC installment.

I went to CP- marina sq today.

the quoted me lesser then the retail prices.. and gives me quite a number of free gifts too.

Earlier 1 bro said that CP do have interest if i wanan pay by installments.

But the staff told me it's interest free as long as I use a credit card...

Is it true?
