From what I read, the new vertical grip for the K-7 seems like a vast improvement over the one for K10/20D.
Seems like fixed most if not all the gripes I had about the old grip (like AF button).
Was hoping to tray and make it to this month's outing and try out someone's vertical grip.
But seems like this months outing will be in Malaysia, and I might not make it...

On the other hand, Comex is up this week and I work in Suntec.
Anyone who owns a vertical grip attending the Comes on a weekday?
Can we meet up to try out the vertical grip?
Will probably meet up with Frank too, to do some "transactions"...
Provided he is "ready" for it...

what a waste. there will be critical mass of ready dslr-researchers checking out the latest stuff. thought they should at least have a small stand to promote the camera if not selling it there.
