Hi everyone,

Good turnout at last month's Geyland Serai/Joo Chiat outing... but it is already September already. Let's put down our suggestions on where/what to shoot and a target date for this month's outing so that we can come up with some possible options.

Need to put all that expensive gear to good use... yes? :bsmilie:

----

After discussing w/ several friends here, we decided to do an easy one this time:

Outing at HortPark on Sept 26th, from 8am onwards.

HortPark is a one-stop gardening hub that brings together gardening-related, recreational, educational, research and retail activities under one big canopy in a park setting. It is a knowledge hub for plants and gardening and provides the platform for the industry to share best practices and showcase garden designs, products and services. This 23-hectare regional park in South-Western Singapore is also a park connector, connecting Telok Blangah Hill Park to Kent Ridge Park.

You can find more about the park here:

Thanks for the heads up, Denis :)

Someone suggested to shoot sunrise at Jurong Fishery Port, sounds like a very interesting place to shoot. I've never been there before ...

Oh yes,we thought of doing that soon, planing for one day Malaysia street photography cum makan tour.

Sunrise seems fun. I'll be up at 0430am everyday till Hari Raya anyway. ;p
Only problem is transportation...

If Jurong Fishery, I'll probably drive...
But the timing... I go after one of my son's feeds?
But his timing is still very random... :s

Getai??

Pref. the one where the singer 'takes off' every song ;p :D

I think the cats will like you a bit more after end of outing.:bsmilie:

It'll be great if we head for Kota Tinggi, Desaru or even a day trip from Changi Point to fishing town in Johor.:)

Sungei Rinngit! Nice and cheap seafood plus nice place for photography. But need to book transport when reach the place. Makan place and fishing village quite far apart. Must pay attention to the boat timing also else stuck there overnight...:)
