Yes oh yes!!! Getting the BIGGER SLRs to catch-up on its smaller fancier designs too. And it all started with a built-in flash on the SLR & now... flippable preview screen. Great Features !

I'm thinking "industry standard" - I can't see Samsung keeping this to only their cameras. Although I suppose that's a possibility.

Since Pentax is making dSLR for Samsung, why not ask them to make small DC (but put Pentax name and SMC lens on them) for us Nowadays all our DCs are outsourced anyway.

Aspect ratio is likely to be wrong though. 1152k dot means 384k pixels, translating nicely to a resolution of 800 x 480.

I actually think that a screen on the front is a -great- idea for a compact, but samsung designs aren't all that pretty...

Sorry but I rarely sit up and take notice of Samsung cameras but...
I'm still hopeful Pentax will someday resurrect a digital version of the System 10 concept Pentax 110 DSLR.
If they can put a decent sized digital sensor with low noise and decent resolution, I would go out and buy one tomorrow.
If you ever get the chance to look into the viewfinder of a Pentax 110, you'll be surprised how clear and bright it is. :thumbsup:
