Bro, please be aware that the "b" word you used is frequently used in a very negative, racist way here in SG.

indian worker would be a better term, careful cs is very sensitive about certain terms...

Indian and Bangladeshi not the same leh. Next time just say foreign worker or just worker is the best.

i think is best not to assume, there are also workers from northern part of india as well (is quite easy to spot the difference)...not every indian worker is from the south of india.

I know some bangladeshi are quite brilliant, here with master degree you know.

and i think the construction workforce now is very diverse with indians, burmese, thai, indonesian, foreign workers would be a nice term.

and i was thinking of going punggol one day to take a look.

I'm not so sure about that.
I went there last Sunday..

I can access places, about 10mins from the Jetty.
(Upon facing the jetty, turn right and walk about 10mins into the construction site)

Don't know whether is that what you're refering to? :dunno:

The one on the other side with the metal bridge. Not the one leading to the jetty. They closed the gate @ nite also. Cannot drive in liao. Tanah Merah also closed. Sian.

hi all, sorry my bad.. I din know that "word" was a bad language

yea I was refering to the metal bridge there, entrance I took was from punggol dr, left turn to edgefield plains.

shaoken: from the jetty, you walk to the right for ten minutes nice to shoot??

to be more polite, maybe can say Foreign Talents ....

S'pore is not a place to shoot photos of "off the beaten path".
All these photos, may get you chased out of the places of being blocked from accessing. :(

Unlike M'sia, which have kampungs still accessible.
S'pore shooting cityscape is better.:)

Paint yourself black and be "orang minyak".
This way, they may think you're a foreign worker. :bsmilie:
