i shall reply 100 years later when i find out.

Prints will still exist 100 years from now, of cos. But they will be those Harry Porter type, can move one

You have to cut down trees to make paper.

Paper making is one of the environmentally unfriendly industries with chemicals e.g. bleach discharging to the rivers and the sea.

I'm all for a paperless world.

Wah, didn't know Sion is capable of making a serious commend :bsmilie:

I sarpork also!

Of course you know in the paperless world you have to use water in the toilet cubicles. :bsmilie:

I used to do that when I'm much younger and I've been to homes in SG where they don't have toilet paper in their toilets.

But if outfield during reservist....hmm....can we don't go for 100% paperless? :bsmilie:

Yup. By then, it'll be high-high-high-high-definition video instead of photos for prints, with like 35mp video sensors, and we will think of terabytes like the way we currently think of kilobytes.

nothing beats having a print in your hands..i had a couple of prints done over the weekend, and they looked so much better than when viewed on the screen

my girlfriend commented that the picture looks so different when printed, and i have to agree.

some pictures are just too beautiful to be kept as bits and bytes

Since I bought my camera last year, every single photograph from it has been printed.

I always enjoy looking through my photo albums, just last night, I looked through 2 albums (each had 300 photos). I love prints! for teh win!

Prints will cease to exist in 100 years because by then there will be no more trees!
