What to buy?

Hi all,

I have a D200 with Tamron Lense 18-50mm (f2.8) and a SB800 Flashlight.
Got a Slik tripod and a Nikon prime lense lately.
All this belongs to my company that I am working in, and I have been keeping it for a long time to take some pictures when there are events.

Now I am given $2000 to upgrade or to add on.
What should I buy?
Should I buy some filter? or more lense?
