Help needed from Gurus: Sensor marks after cleaining

This is what i got after cleaning my cmos sensor with E2 solution and sensor swab.
Does anyone know what is causing this and any remedy actions...?

Duh, obviously something went wrong...that's why i am asking............

oh please ignore the dust spots at the corner, i am more concerned with the "bubbles"

This is a crop from the corner of the image....i have tried to re-wipe with another swab, but no difference, even went to the extent of wiping just over this corner....

okie i realised i forgot that laterally its also inverted, so i was wiping the wrong side...

tried cleaning the other side again the marks are gone............luckily...

sorry folks ...false alarm...

Definitely not a very fun thing to do..haha...
