oh my god.. Wrong warranty!

Rant thread... and also need some help..

my lenovo y410 laptop died on me today... i had extended 3yrs warranty and i checked online.. guess what.. it showed only till 2009 which is this year!

got the shocked of my life and i went to search for the receipt etc.. phew! found it..

but i got a greater shock of my life....

WRONG SERIAL NUMBER!!! :bheart::sweat::cry:

oh my god! i just realised it after exactly 1yr 1 day ....

yeah i will.. the number is mixed up.. just 1 number ...aka :

514750 .. which my serial is 541750

hopefully they will understand... haiz...:bheart:

I hope they do. Or infact, they may not even realise it. Was the serial number hand written on the reciept? If so, then i'm sure they can pardon the mistake. Otherwise if it was printed, there would be an issue.
