Pardon me,may i know wht is full frame camera? is my d90 full frame camera?

All cameras are full frame.

If you mean is size of your camera's sensor equivalent to the size of a 35mm film negative, the answer is no. All Nikon DSLRs except the D3x, D3 and D700 have sensors equivalent in size to an APS film negative, which is roughly half the area of a 35mm film negative.

Unless you are a professional or intend shooting in dark conditions with no noise in your images while retaining lots of detail you don't need a 35mm size sensor.
