There is a sudden surge of WTS K20D these past few days.
My K20D still has a long way to go before the shutter counts dies out. In the meantime, I will avoid joining the wagon trail.

The general resistance to the strong K-7 poison is just too low.

I also think that my K20D has yet to serve its term. Let's sit tight together and wait for K-8 or K30D instead. :)

Perhaps, we can sit tight and wait for Pentax FF to be released.

I may still be sticking with my k20d too!

K20D is a great camera. But K-7 does have some nice features which you guys might wanna try ;p

I know you all want it, don't ya? ;)

come to think about it ... it can be scary. You want to buy K7, you want to buy DA60-250, you wanna think about buying DA15 Ltd! where got money, man?

Yeah, of the three, i chose DA15. Lol.

This is obviously dangerous and questionable advice... once you try, you sure want to buy... kena poisoned already.

I am in your shoes but I have resolved to make my relationship with the K20D work...
(Repeats to myself) ...I will be spending more time and learn to re-acquaint myself with the K20D. I will not think of the K-7...

Don't think they're going to FF, if you look at the updated roadmap, they're developing more 645 lenses, so they're clearly working on that instead. Good lah, I can't imagine having to change all my lenses for FF.... not many, but still :faint:.

I wonder what that DA super-telephoto will be though... DA600/4?

Yah, want, but BBB is like alcohol, must be taken in moderation, then the shiok and satisfaction is even greater each time you BBB! ;)

FW say K20D is a great camera. So why think of K-7 when you already have a great camera? Does that help to heal a bit?

Even if I buy the K-7 a couple of months down the line, I am not selling my K20D. I paid SG$1.8k (SG$2k+ incl BG-2) for it just last year...I am not willing to take a SG$1k loss on it.

I'd rather keep it around as a second/backup body.:)

Want = yes but $$ = 000 hehehe . . .
;p

So My resolve is:

"I will stay by my K20D till K20D's death do us part" ;p

I change to K-7 because...

It'd be something like a 470mm F4 :bsmilie:

I got K100D (no super) at $1270 (Top of the line in early 2007; since there was no other model higher for Pentax :) )!
Now selling at $300

Come to think of it, I only have MF lenses and non-HSM lenses, the faster AF is not gonna benefit me.
The main advantage would be a WB button and better ISO noise.
I've lived with the limitations (not many really) of a K100D that there is so little more to want.

I resolve that I will hold on to K-7 for 5yrs
