DiGiScoping.

I read an article on DiGiScoping and I want to try it.
I love watching birds and taking photos of them.
I learned that DiGiScoping is a not so expensive way to take close up birds.
Can someone recommend me an economical package (camera & scope)?
Just want to take pics of birds that I came upon.
No need to be very sharp and very detail.
I do not have a big budget for this.

You are in wrong forum. Go and google for digiscoping.

Remember the rule of thumb of wildlife photography. You must love the wildlife first and can stand the elements. Photography comes next.
If cannot find and identify birds - your photography rigs is of no use (and by the way, birders in general hate to be tailed by photographer as the bird may get scared off and fly away when the photographer setup their equipment).

You'd need an adapter for the lens mount to the digiscope and the scope should be mounted on a tripod for maximum stability.

Note that the aperture would be fixed at approx f8 to f11 (approximate values) pls check with the digiscope. This would hamper shooting in low light conditions unless you're going to use high ISO speeds or couple this with a flash (with flash extender perhaps)
