I believe that there's one organiser snatching models using underhanded means.
since afew months ago, i've had models backing out of me last minute using reasons like "oh i just feel that pay is too low" when they had agreed happily earlier at the initial pay offer. I've had good attitude models who were initially very enthuaistic but suddenly smsed me to say they want to withdraw. Suspicious?
Long ago, there was one model who told me that "another organiser told her to leave my shoot on that particular date and time (which i had already submitted thread for), and go for her/his shoot on the same date and time and he/she will pay her more than I do". The model did mention the organiser's name. And she also mentioned that the organsier had badmouthed me and saying untruth things about me as well.
I also heard from other organisers that this particular organiser has been telling his/her models and other girls that he/she previously snatched from me that "melodylove illtreats her models, pay them very low, etc etc" This organiser probably paid his/her models even lower, considering the price his/her shoots are offering. (i usually pay according to experience. i dont deny that i pay quite low to new models. but i pay market rate or higher to better models. I've even paid a particular model 200/hr for a fashion shoot when her rate was actually lower than that. The models can vouch for me.)
I just want to tell this organiser,
stop using underhanded means to snatch models.
You can very well offer higher pay to my models, but it's unethical to ask her to withdraw from my shoot because it shows that you just want to sabo me.
it's also unethical of you to say unpleasant things about me that has NO EVIDENCE.
I dont know if you are attacking me on a personal account and i dont know why you dislike me so much, or you do that do every organiser, but i've tolerated this long enough. It has been happening ALOT of times.
Stop it.
Im not naming who because i have no evidence except that people have been telling me that this organiser had been badmouthing about me. I dont know this organiser personally and i dont know why she/he is against me.
Although there is competition between us, but i think we shouldn't use "badmouthing" as a way to win. I feel upset about it because some of the claims were untrue.
I believe there's a healthy way to compete, and i do have good terms with some other organisers and we know how to respect each other.
i really hope that it's not happening.
