Looks like the weather plays a big role in this year's races.

If it pours, I'm sure many smaller players could score points.

Very unlikely to have a wet race especially at this desert kingdom,
weather condition are usually hot, dry and some more track surface are sandy.....

abrasive surface.. tires will be crucial then. wonder which 2 compounds bridgestone will bring in for this weekend.

Its time for FERRARI's podium finish!

FERRARI 1,2

GO MASA!!!

GO KIMI!!!

:cheergal::cheergal::cheergal::cheergal::cheergal:

Going to miss this race as I will be out of the country this weekend...

bro... you gonna miss watching this race in SG because you going to Bahrain to catch it live ah? :bsmilie:

my bet will still be with Brawn GP.

Unless Mclaren, Ferrari & BMW have change the diffuser design.. hmmm then that will be interesting:think:

It's not just the diffuser, but the whole aerodynamic package of the body. Red Bull is a good example of a non-diffuser car getting their aerodynamics and handling right.

Ferrari looks very much like a rookie team, with their team boss doing on-the-job training.

haha.. i think Stefano D considered lao jiao already. Perhaps they got caught on the wrong foot with regards to the diffuser aero package.

Mclaren seems stronger with the new diffuser and front wing.

Go Heikki! Go Lewis!

GO TRULLI YOU GOT SHOT IN THE ARS AT SHANGHAI AND NOW ITS UR CHANCE

You'll be surprised at how heavy the rain can be in these areas. I know because I am currently just 80+km away from Bahrain due to an oversea posting. In fact there were some rather heavy rain and thunderstorm just last week. But I do agree that it is very sandy in these areas.

it never rains but it pours. :bsmilie: Brawn might retain their strong showing, since they are quite easy on the tyres. Red Bull still a question mark though..

yeah, looks like safety car is more in action than those 20 cars trailing it. how about suggesting to singapore pools to create bets on safety car such as:

1. number of times call for SC
2. number of laps within the race with SC
3. first SC lap
4. last SC lap

by the way, if the safety car were to spin on go off track, what are the rest of the trailing cars suppose to do? stop and wait or spin along?

haha. choy.. best if no safety car incident. I think Bernd Mayländer is a super zai driver. and the safety car is awesome. However, it it does crash, perhaps the medical car would lead the pack. then again, if the safety crashes, the race would probably be red-flagged.

this will be the race where ferrari starts winning!!! :cheergal:

FERRARI!!!
