tamron 90mm f2.5 + extention tube

Need some help here, i'm using a tamron 90mm f2.5, 49mm filter, nikon mount. As the lens can only give mi up to 1:2, will i'll be able to get a 1:1 if i were to get an extention tube?

Yes. 45mm of extension will do it.
