change of IC

hey just curious..does anyone know when the IC can be changed? do i have to wait for a letter from ICA? or can i just go down and get it done myself, and how much if so? i'm still using my sec school photo and i look no where like that guy in it anymore

When was the last time u replaced it then?

I did my IC when I was still in the polytechnic, middle of 1990's.
