Hi all.. i am new to Melbourne too. Just started my masters in Uni of Melbourne.
I am looking for Clubsnappers in melbourne too and i stay right in front of the university on leicester street.

I joined the fotoholics club and they have a outing tonight to shoot the fireworks of the Moomba festival. They will be gathering at Federation square at 8.30pm tonight.. so feel free to join and remember to bring your tripod.

Hey.. the photoshoot was good, but unfortunately i didnt bring my tripod from Singapore yet so i didnt really shoot much.
Anyway, this weekend i would be busy with some tennis tournament. How about some time the next week? and what areas or locations do you have in mind for the photoshoot?

Keep this thread going! If anyone is selling their gears, maybe can post here as well? I'm not sure if the moderators are OK with such an idea since it is difficult to get 2nd hand gears here in Melbourne.

There is this Multicultural Festival @ Fed Square this coming Sat. I'm going to see see look look if there's any photo taking opportunity.. maybe can arrange to meet up if any of you going too.
