Hi all,

I'm a linux user and I'm looking for a software that can replace Lightroom in Windows. I've read previous posts on Photoshop and GIMP, but I want a software that can manage my photos as well as do some intermediate editing options. The F-spot that came with Ubuntu only allows me to sharpen:(. I found Lightzone, but it's not free... I'm downloading the Ubuntu Studio now, has anyone tried it before?

Pls tell me if it's good or not, or if there're other options. :D

Lightroom isn't free either.
Alternatively you could try running LR in a virtual machine or emulation. Needs a bit more technical knowhow and preparation but retains the good of both worlds then.

Hmm... yeah but I'm a bit reluctant to go back to Windows after Linux works so quickly for me... but thanks anyway.
