.... her modelling services using a photo you took during a paid shoot, what would you do ? Is there an issue of intellectual property here?

Then PM/call/email/whatever her first and ask her to remove your pic, or acknowledge you, or pay you the royalties. If she does not reply/refuses, post her name so we all know.
