Problem with HotMail with Firefox?

It seems I always have problem accessing Hotmail with Firefox, while on the same PC and at the same time, I can run IE and it connects to HM and works properly.

The problem with HM in FF is that if I try to click and open an email, it just stops there.

Do you have the same experience? Is MS trying to block HM users to use browsers other than IE or just some service packs that can cause /solve the problem?

I tot it was due to my old version of FF

most of the time when i can't read my hotmail, i will go and reset the connection to "manual proxy" in FF and restarted FF. i am using singnet

Use manual proxy settings
Proxy: proxy.singnet.com.sg
Port: 8080

Everything works fine after that.

alternatively... use ie tab add on... set hm addr for ie rendering.

geez this is too ma fan. i just start IE to read hotmail and surf with FF
anyway thing FF faster. IE freeze every now and then
