Thats fast.. :) hey all I wanna ask you all something regarding the continous shooting mode.. when I hold the shutter it should snap continously rite? the thing is.. it always snap 2 time fast then lag abit then the 3rd snap.. then slow all the way.. tried to set the shutter speed higher but the result still 2 time fast then slow... is it normal?

That's the limitation of 450D when you have High ISO Speed NR on. :)

You can simply disable it via the Custom Function menu and you should be able to see "9" at the bottom right of your viewfinder. ;)

oh I see....!!!!! Thankz alot Yoh.. got it! :)

yeah welcome to season 3!!
any good circular polar lens filter to recommend for kit lens 58mm?
i think it quite a handy filter.

hello welloz.

have you guys heard of this lens? Good, price range?

Canon Zoom Lens EF 28-90mm

Canon EF 28-90mm F/4-5.6 III?

I guess you're better off with 28-105mm f/3.5-4.5 II USM. ;)

what does the III and II sinifices?
and USM is just to show its a ultra sonic motor build? not a major point for consideration right?

Typical representation of its generation (or rather some kind of indication of age since the largest denote the newest)? ;)

For the USM, major points would be AF noise and speed. At least that's what I've observed.

hmm...ok, that being said, what kind of advantages would the later generations have over the older?

like the kit lens 18-55mm and 18-55mm II, i only know II is abt $200 more. but whats the reason for that difference? and is the difference (in functions) between the generations the same throughout the lens?

hope i'm being clear here. :)

I don't think that 18-55mm II is $200 more than its earlier generation. Perhaps its a misconception here.

There is bound to be differences between each generation or MK. These differences can exist in many different types. One example would be 50mm f/1.8 and 50mm f/1.8 II which differ by the material used for mounting (Metal against Plastic), and focus distance window (found on 50mm f/1.8 but not on II).

It is always advisable to read up the press release to determine the actual difference since the manufacturer knows it better. :)

Good to see a fast start!

Still not fast enough!

Overall it was pretty quiet during the daytime though.
