any recommended places for massage you would swear by?

though prefer the west side, i dont mind travelling for a very effective massage.

I think Kenko is quite good.
They have quite a few branches around Singapore.

I used this small little massage place at Amoy Street Called Ancient Massage. the masseue there are very professional and charges are reasonable.

try a chiropractor instead of a massage.. went to one today, and she straighted and aligned some neck and back vertebre.. feels good... but its in KL la.. am sure can find a few in SG... and cost you only slightly more than a massage

A chiropractor will be a good choice.

Alternatively, you may want to try acupuncture.

is it good idea to go for rotation? one month massage, next month chiropractor, next month acupuncture and etc...

Be careful of some Chiropractors and make sure you have lots of references. I've heard some of them will purposely slightly mess up your back and tell you that your back is this that this and that to get you scared so you come back for return visits so they have more business. Too scary!
