Punggol Sunset 17/01/09

Saw the morning weather superb with nice skies and cloud formations. Went down punggol to see sunset. Manage to capture different sun rays shining thru different cloud formations at different times.

One to share first.

Shot statistics:
Sigma 10mm-20mm at 12mm with CPL (3stops) and GND8 (3stops). 5 exposures (1 stop apart) and merged to HDR and tone mapped in Photomatix.

Hi francis, its actually right at punggol mrt.

you were there alone right? i think i saw someone equipped with camera and stuffs over at the punggol mrt at about 3+, close to 4pm.

i took a close up shot of this too. but it was from punggol marina.

A wider version of #1 and shot with a GND8. This shot was w/o the GND8 and zoomed in to 20mm.

#2 - Leaping Dog.

Trying to find a good angle to shoot matilda house with the sunset but the burst of sun rays captured my attention.
