Hi Bros n Sis... I am going into MF but I cant decide on which model to get.... Can have some info on this 2 models...

I only koe Hasselblad 500 cm is a manual body also it cannot meters but its made in Germany.

As for Mamiya 645 AFD, its a Auto, like DSLR. Heard the color very much the same as Nikon... How true it is?

Can help??

Mamiya 645 AFD is not a digital camera, it accepts both film and digital back. 500cm is film only.

hasselblad is made in sweden.
it can meter with a meter prism.

There's plenty of digital backs for 500cm, eg from Hassy and Phase One.

To the TS, if the colour of the bodies is all you know about the two, it's better you do a lot more research before going into MF.

You're not even comparing like for like yet as one is 6x6 and the other is 645.

The above statement is very misleading. In fact both camera have film and digital backs. Almost all digital back manufacturers make some kind of adapter for the hasselblad V system including the ever popular 500cm.:)
