Google is your best friend I think there was an article on luminous landscape that explained it quite well.how do you use the histogram ?
Hi all,
Wondering anyone has any experience of taking photos while wearing "transition lens" glasses. Will it affect your judgement on the exposure ?
I am new to photography so may not be correct. I am wearing transitional lens and while it darkens on the outside, from inside looking out it don't seems much difference to me. So the picture looks ok to me but I may not have the experience to see and intepret the photos correctly.
It does affect me a little, but not to the extend of becoming a disaster though.
Maybe cos mine is the other brand type of transitional lens, not the 'Transition' Brand type, so maybe not as dark as the original. :bsmilie:
Then again, the glasses only becomes very dark under strong sunlight and under such condition, I can't really see my lcd screen properly also. Gotta walk under shade to view.
Transition lens only becomes dark due to the UV rays. Nothing to do with sunlight.

errr.. isn't the sun the major producer of UV rays down here on earth?
Wha you very bad ar. Make fun of him.fail :bsmilie:

But yeah, if there's sun, there's UV, no?
