Hi, need help from the experts. Is it possible to remove the wires from the picture as shown, using photoshop? Althou the background is blocked by the wires, the wires are OOF so some details is still present. Is it possible to PP the picture such that it appears that the wire is not there at all?

Thanks for any advise.

It's possible to reconstruct the perspective but why would you want to put the afford on a blurry pic?

technically is possible, and it is very tedious work, you need to using soft bush tool to make selection, make it into layer mask, with adjustment layer to alter contrast and color adjustment, slowly add in bit by bit, layers by layers.........

so usually I don't shoot it, even I do, is either use it at it is or delete it.

Alien Skin Image Doctor software can help you, one of the options within is called smart fill and that has helped me out many a times. Alternatively cloning and stamping but that is indeed tedious and labor intensive.

It's a 100% crop. The original picture would still be usable with the subject in focus..

As the affected area appears like the background with some superimposed grey coloring, is there a tool in photoshop that maybe can "subtract" the grey from the image?

At least, it wouldn't be so obvious..

The smart fill option uses surrounding data to cover the defects right? effectively, it is similar to cloning & staming (or healing brush) isn't it?

In this case, the background is not completely blocked, so I was wondering if cloning can be avoided and use back as much original background data as possible.

Actually.. I'm not to sure how to subtract? which tool/function should be used? would appreciate if maybe you can list out some basic steps as I'm not very familiar with photoshop.. Thanks.. :)

gray are make out of same amount of R G B, so what color do you think should be subtract?
