How to choose dry cabinet/box?

Digital hygrometer? & analog humidity meter? for dry cabinet.
I need to decide which is more suitable for me by comparison.

The bigger one do come with rolling shelves but the smaller ones like mine the 30L is in place mounted.

I am considering the Digi-cabi & Akarui, Akarui is analog meter.

I'm looking to change my Digicabi 30L because in the past few days I noticed that even at max setting the humidity doesn't get lower than 40%. Not sure if it's because of the recent rainy weather. It's lasted me from 2001 till now, and I still don't know if the drying unit is working; if it is then it's lasted me quite a while!

Shouldn't be due to the weather ba. Mine at 2o'clock position already 32%

Maybe you can off it and place a bottle of sillicon gal in it to see if the readings falls. tats how I got to know my last case left me ^.^

You can try to take it for servicing if its still under warranty. Mine didnt work after 2 months , I have to set at max , to get low humidty as well. I went to the servicing area , and they replaced the unit with a servicable one immediately and its working better than the one before =)

In the end I bought the Akarui digi dry cabinet from HN.

I still prefer analog better than digital. :heart:

Can one of the right size... Not too big, not too small.

I use Digi-cab, although I see no real issues with the other brands either.
