Slow broadband connection ?

I'm experiencing very choppy connection. Sometimes short bursts of speed where data can be downloaded fast, other times no response from sites. I'm on Singnet broadband. Anyone experiencing this as well ?

Hmm.. it's ok now. CS was down for maintenance just now just now for performance tuning. I guess that was the reason.

Just wondering is there a scheduled maintenance every night? I am on Singnet too but encountered very slow moving from around 2230 hours since Thursday 9/10 night...
