The photos look a little underexposed to me. Might be why you're seeing noise.

i need to underexpose it..eles i can't handheld it for so long at such lighting and my cam iso go over 800 noise all come out liao:mad2:

Thanks for the info - hopefully the reno is done the next time I visit. Actually, come to think of it, don't care much about the renovation, as long as the restaurant is still there and food still as good

So these photos are straight out of the camera?

I guess bringing a couple of strobes on light stand and umbrella is not an option :bsmilie:

i have lift up the contrast and brightness slightly...eles it will look more underexpose...

lol the res. is packed and busy man...i guess the waiter might just knock over your strobes..

i find the layer pork meat ok ok only...but is interesting the way it's made....my meal cost me $19...
