Lets keep out monthly outing going guys. So its open for suggestions.

I myself thinking of going to Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve either on the 20th or 27th, either one of the Saturdays.

Date : Tentatively 20th Sept (Sat)
Time : ?
Location : ?

Suggestions so far

1. Sungei Buloh Nature Reserve
2. Punggol
3. Studio shoot
4. MacRitchie Reservoir

not a bad idea Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve since i never been there...seems like i have not been to many places in Singapore :bsmilie:

but 20th weekend i should be going for the super imports 2008...a choice between nature and models... :think:

27th F1 weekend, i have no plans yet but being a big fan of Kimi, i dunno :dunno:

Sungei Buloh is a nice place to walk/shoot around. The only thing I don't like there is the mosquitoes

I'm in if you guys go, either day should be fine w/ me.

What time is the super imports 2008 ? its at Expo right ? Definately there will be tonnes of photogs there shooting the models until blind ;p

hmm.. lemme check again on 27th, might have something on also.

Yes...I agree with you! That time I was there I saw a colony of mosquitoes! 1 clap I killed 6-7 mosquitoes...So insect repellent is a must!

Location wise, what do you think of Punggol? You've got wild life, macro, as well as landscape?

Sg. Buloh must go early and one needs transport to go there.
Plus probably need an ultra wide and a long, long, tele for such nature shoots...

time i dunno, i oni know i spend the whole afternoon there last year, ya a lot of ptg... wait till all of them go crowd around the foreign models, the local models will be left alone...thats where i got my shots...:bsmilie:

weekend got bus from Kranji mrt rite ?? no wide or long lens just bring macro lens lor, lots of mosquitoes to take...:bsmilie:

Actually this is a good suggestion. Only we need to plan out the logistics for this, not to mention if there is a need for models ;p

How about MacRitchie Reservoir? Pretty central location. Got quite a variety of things to shoot.
Come to think of it can also shoot outdoor model. :bsmilie:
