ballhead for 681B

can recommend me a ball head for d300 / 70-200mm.

to go along with 681B monopod.

i have a 486 ball head. can use for monopod too??

486 can.. why not? good for monopod cuz no friction. imagine having a ballhead with friction on a monopod.. it feels wierd to me at least.

all you need in a monopod setup with the 70-200mm/tripod mount to be tight can already.. the 486 feels tight enough on a 80-200mm at least.
