The feeling is more like.. depress, lonely & cold.....:embrass:

I felt long waiting is like... drinking a drink or smoking until the ash cigarette is very long.....

Hmm.... will changing the title to "A lonely wait" helps?

nice composition and tone, indeed it gives the mood of loneliness and depressed instead of a long wait.
maybe with her neck stretching to look out for her boyfriend or a cigg with long ash will bring out the waiting mood.

Yes. Did some PP using LR to increase the contrast a little.

i actually like the composition and color tone. cool.
i guess your 'long' was referring to the long stretch of lights?
if not, the title doesn't fit into this picture.
