i was trying so hard to ask the organizers if they need volunteers all. Seems like no reply.lol

are we even able to take any photos? i heard there;s no seating.. and it's those kind of sardin packed standing area. anyways... international artiste will be at stage 1. tts where u get to see all the alicia keys... pcd... jason... jamie etc. =]

Well, I've shot shows at Fort Canning before so there's gonna be loads of people on a grass slope and if the ground is wet you got to watch your step. It can get quite slippery.
I know that they said that photography is allowed but are you really sure you can bring in slrs with long lens?
The only way you can get decent shots is going super early, stand right in front, not lose your place and battle the heat and sweaty bodies around you.
Or of course, you're one of the official photogs with media passes.

I was at the Daughtry Concert.... so packed that I cannot move around.:sweat:
plus many many TALL GUYS and GALS stood in right in the centre/front, lifted their hands up in the air, videotaping and taking peektures during the entire show with their handphones/pns cammies...
All I see is moving hands and handphones and cammies...
Hardly can see Daughtry in full person...properly..:cry:
So i must get ready for Singfest liao.

be sure to keep on hydrating yourself. its gonna be super hot and sweaty.
i don't wish to see anyone being pulled out from exhaustion and missing the concert. it's not worth it.
Paying 300$ for a ticket and then shooting a concert i think it isnt worth it.
If you guys did buy the ticket don't bother about shooting!
Enjoy it, once in alife time oppurtunity to see all these artists, the last thing you want to be worried about is your ISO and Shutter speed, while also getting knocks from the crowd.
get your hand phone out, go for it but for 150-300$ i would enjoy the concert rather then worry about the pictures and most of all my equipment.
just my point of view
have fun and will be there on Sunday to enjoy!
